Room Rates
Prices given for each bedroom are per room per night, based on two adults sharing and include a cooked breakfast.
Twin Room: £120 per night
Double Room: £120 per night
2 night minimum stay.
Arrival and departure
Bedrooms will be available no later than 4 p.m. but guests are welcome to arrive at any time after 12 noon by arrangement. Check out is by 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure.
payment & Cancellation Policy
Booking Deposit
Your booking will be confirmed once we have received a deposit equivalent to the cost of your first night’s stay.
Payment
Deposits can be paid by Bank Transfer, Cheque or Paypal.
Cancellations
Your deposit will be repaid in full provided your cancellation is received by us no later than 28 days before the start of your visit. If you cancel at less than 28 days notice then we will make every effort to re-let your room but if we fail to do so your deposit will be retained.
